1. 願意耐心聆聽，性格成熟及情緒穩定 2. 服務機構將通知並安排面試，面試於2/6 至 5/6舉行(任擇一天出席) 3. 面試成功的義工須出席簡介會，並繳付$2000作為講義及訓練費用。通過三個階段訓練並成為會員後，服務滿2年可獲發還$1750，其他情況下，所有已繳費用一律不予退回4. 每位義工必須通過甄選和培訓，以確保服務質素，而每階段經過甄選後方可進入另一階段，以繼續培訓及實習課程，期間的一切取錄的決定權在於服務機構。 5. 訓練及服務日期待商議
