「奇」「義」種籽 - 生命韌力共創計劃🍃
生命抗逆力（Resilience）🌟係近年備受關注嘅精神健康概念
香港人嘅繁忙生活節奏同面對各種困難，尤其需要提升呢種心理韌性🥳
長期受疾病困擾嘅青少年正正充分展現生命抗逆力，身患疾病依然可以活出自我🥰
今次計劃，通過長期受疾病困擾嘅青少年同大眾青少年一齊合作進行社區服務，分享真實嘅生命故事及自我療癒嘅方法，從而揾到自我價值；進行社區服務，向公眾推廣精神健康，令公眾可以從他人經歷中揾到共鳴同啟發。促進參加者從各方面關注精神同身體健康，令參加者擁抱快樂生活，提升生命韌力。
認識及訓練日🥳

內容：破冰遊戲、手作工作坊、互動遊戲、生命體驗、真人圖書館
目的：了解計劃內容，互相認識，初步了解所有服務對象嘅需要和特點

上午活動籌備

內容：酒精墨水書簽製作、解壓流沙瓶製作、腹式呼吸/身體掃描體驗、靜觀飲食-花茶放鬆體驗、精神健康知多啲、身體健康關注站、真人圖書館
