Description
由香港青年協會荃灣青年空間舉辦的 「Project RISE 青年領袖の培訓計劃」，致力培育青年義工的領袖才能，啟發他們服務社區的熱誠與能力。計劃透過多元化的訓練活動及實踐機會，幫助參加者掌握 領導、溝通及策劃技能，並建立對社會的責任感和正面的價值觀。
在專業社工的指導下，參加者將成為 具承擔與熱心服務的青年社區領袖，實踐 RISE 精神：Resilience（堅毅）、Innovation（創新）、Service（服務）、Empowerment（充能）
