Description
"Together, We Flourish!" Youth Wellbeing Carnival is a vibrant annual event dedicated to raising awareness of youth mental health and the vital role of community support. The carnival is organised by a coalition of youth-focused organisations, including local schools, community groups, and mental health advocates.
Its aim is to enhance the school and community environment to foster support for positive youth well-being. The carnival features a wide range of engaging activities, including well-being workshops, interactive booths, and stage performances that emphasise the importance of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and mental well-being.
Attendees are invited to take part in activities designed to build emotional resilience, encourage help-seeking behaviours, and promote open conversations around mental health.
Volunteer work includes registration, crowd management, activity facilitation, booth setup and removal, photography/videography, leaflet delivery, and public engagement, etc.
Volunteer are required to attend an online training in Mid-Apr. Details will be shared after the confirmation.
On the event day, volunteers are required to arrive 15 mins before the participation time for final briefing.

We seek to create a vibrant and thriving environment for the community, and to promote the mental wellbeing of the youth. This project is funded by Link Together Initiatives.
