Description
Main Duties
• Provide laptop & tablet support, printer, network installation in Start Point, Finish Point or Checkpoints.
• Set up / dismantle / relocate hardware systems, install software and configure systems
• Operate and provide support to various systems including server, printing system, network system, AV system
• Ad-doc Onsite Support to Checkpoints
• Perform data cleaning and data quality control
• Prepare and compile technical documentation
• On-going user support, troubleshooting, phone enquiry
Knowledge / skills requirement:
• Age between 18 and 70
• Solid experience in the following skills: network/ Android / Win 10, 11 / O365 / Google Doc
• Familiar with network support, PC support, Android tablet support, AV setup support is preferred
• Knowledge of network connectivity, data processing tools such as SQL, MS Excel programming is an advantage
• Familiar with locations of Oxfam Trailwalker checkpoints is preferred
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
