成為1-2位小學生的師友，每月線上聯絡或線下見面. 歡迎任何18歲或以上義工申請（毋需經驗，有工作經驗較佳）. 成為8-12歲小學生的友師，通過計劃陪伴他們成長. 協助學生訂立目標，鼓勵學生規劃未來，培養正面價值觀及財務觀. 三年出席共5次培訓活動. 每月線上聯絡或線下見面

- 友師培訓課程分三年進行，內容包括：青少年成長需要、自我認識、有效溝通技巧、如何與家長建立互信關係、如何訂立個人發展計劃、理財觀念及認識社區資源等。 友師培訓及支援、友師分享會、與所屬團體代表開會，了解友師需要及促進意見交流。為所有友師提供電話、電郵、傳真及 whatsapp 等多元化溝通及支援途徑。
