- 1. 對服務長者充滿興趣及熱誠 2. 義工必須通過訓練，並評為合資格的義工，才可安排服務 3. 個人的時間安排必須能配合定期電話慰問服務，能按月提供當值時間表 4. 簡介會3個工作天前需通知服務機構3月份能夠服務的時段(最少兩節)，通過甄選後，方能預留服務名額 5. 完成10節電話慰問服務可獲發服務證書
