Carers Hong Kong Limited is a local charity established in 2018 dedicated to supporting working caregivers in Hong Kong. This nutrition and health project aims to improve the physical and mental well-being of these caregivers by addressing sub-health conditions commonly faced due to high stress, irregular meals, and heavy responsibilities Full project briefing and training on the nutrition consultation process and project workflow-Detailed participant lists, appointment schedules, and standardized guidelines-Access to necessary tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, and our internal participant management system-Ongoing guidance and regular check-ins from the project coordinator-Clear administrative templates and record-keeping formats
