Help us setup a system to manage and analyse our membership data to optimise our service. Join a 40-min call interview to understand the scope and our organization's service. Establish a Google Sheet-based membership management and analysis system. Optimize Service Strategies: By connecting Membership IDs with demographic data like age and gender, we can analyze participation patterns to design and promote services that better meet specific needs. Enhance Participation Insights: After every event or program, by simply inputting the member IDs of participants, the system could automatically analyze members' participation frequency and patterns. Identify Active Users: Help us sort out potentially active service users for more targeted engagement. Proficiency in Google Sheet operations and advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, or even basic Apps Script)
