Seek capable professionals with corporate standing to provide robust governance and strategic direction for our expansion. Volunteers with citizenship or residency of their country of interest (i.e.only Japanese residents applying for Japan) will receive first priority. Governance & Fiduciary Duties - Compliance, Financial Prudence, Risk Management, Conflicts of Interest. Strategic Oversight - Mission Delivery, Performance Monitoring, Stakeholder Accountability. Brand Stewardship & Networking (Critical Focus) - Ambassadorship, Network Leverage, Fundraising Support. Leadership - Has professional leadership skills and has the ability to lead new volunteer cohorts and members of the new entities. (Preferred) Familiar with the work of NGOs - Is familiar with the works of existing NGOs, or the procedure for becoming a registered NGO in their country of interest
