Be an active guide, role model, and inspirer for Secondary 4 students. Help Secondary 4 students process their compiled questions/challenges. Build student's confidence for the Day 5 competition and beyond. Support 2-3 groups (~14-21 students) in focused, high-value interactions, embodying supportive adult engagement, not passive supervision. Share real-life career experience with the students. Share experiences in a way similar to living books in a human library. Promote understanding by engaging in balanced, two-way communication

This 5-half-day Business Simulation Program (20 hours total) funded by HKJC engages ~60 Secondary 4 students in experiential learning. Students form 10 groups of 6, running virtual businesses with HK-relevant themes (tech, finance, hospitality). They build foundational knowledge through workshops (business basics, finance, strategy, teamwork), run operations simulations. We will provide briefing notes and call sessions to onboard you before the event.
