Fundraising Event/Project Manager

Seeking an experienced, self-driven project leader to spearhead a fundraising initiative (with support from team). Join a 30-minute call to understand our organization, objectives, and event goals. You'll be the project/event leader to spearhead this fundraising initiative, overseeing the progress and development of our fundraising initiative. Work closely with CODA HK team, use Time Auction's platform to recruit, organise and manage a team of volunteers, delegating tasks for the following areas:. Sponsor Outreach and Management: Reach out to our list of potential sponsors to support this event, including securing funding and in-kind donations . Event Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the event, reaching key audiences and ensuring a good turnout. Event Management: Oversee all aspects of the fundraising event, from planning and logistics to on-the-ground support and post-event follow-up. Team Coordination and Communication: Collaborate closely with our team, keeping everyone aligned on event progress
