A storyteller and designer who can refine and polish the written content for our organization introduction deck. Help structure the information into a clear, compelling narrative for proposal writing and sponsorship outreach. Design or format the deck in PowerPoint / Canva / similar presentation tools. Ensure the final deck looks professional, visually consistent, and easy to present to potential sponsors and partners. Work closely with our Program Director to revise content, layout, and messaging

BEYOND Bollywood is actively expanding its cultural impact and currently preparing for upcoming dance productions and grant applications. To effectively scale our operations, we are seeking a volunteer to help us develop a professional information deck. This deck will serve as our primary tool for pitching to sponsors and submitting grant proposals, requiring a high standard of visual presentation and clear, impactful messaging to showcase our mission and artistic vision to potential partners To ensure the success of this project, we will provide the following resources:• Brand Identity Assets: Our logo, color palette, fonts, and existing visual guidelines.• Content Foundation: Existing drafts of our organizational history, mission statements, project concepts, and impact data.• Reference Materials: Successful case studies, photos from previous productions, and high-quality performance videos for visual inspiration.• Strategic Briefing: A kickoff meeting to clarify the storytelling strategy, tone of voice, and the specific needs of our target audience (sponsors vs. grant committees).• Direct Support: Access to our leadership team for feedback, content review, and decision-making on creative direction.
