內容

Join our home visit day to interact and exercise with seniors (individual and families welcome). Join our briefing right before the home visit (head coach will be teaching you a few exercise to do with elderlies). Visit elderly's home, talk to them and show your care, report their needs to the social workers . Interact with elderlies and encourage / teach them to do some simple exercises at home. Home visits will be on 23 Nov (3 hours) at Ming Wah Dai Ha, Shau Kei Wan

Regular exercising habit is good for the body and mind, even for the elderly who cannot leave home or have mobility problems. We will visit the elderly at their homes regularly to help them building regular exercise habits and maintaining their physical and mental well being. Volunteers will have a briefing before the home visit. New volunteers will be working with experienced volunteer in pairs.
