Help us with the revamp of our WordPress website by providing design support on the layout, appearance and icons / vectors. Join us for a 1 hour call to learn more about our organisation and our expectations for the website . Help with the design of the layout and appearance of the website. Create reusable icons / images / logo / vectors for the website. Help us improve the structure, layout and graphical aesthetics to effectively communicate to the public about our mission, and the upcoming events . Experience with Wordpress is preferred

Launching the s88 Organising Website (From Facebook to a Professional Web Presence) 1. Executive Summary s88 Organising has successfully built an initial community and client base using Facebook as its primary digital presence. To scale the business, build greater trust, and capture a wider audience, we are launching a foundational project to design and develop our first professional WordPress website. This site will transform our business from a "social media service" into a established, credible brand, serving as our central hub for information, lead generation, and client conversion. 2. The Problem / Current Situation While our Facebook page has been a valuable starting point, it presents significant limitations for professional growth: Lack of Credibility & Professionalism: Potential clients often perceive a business without a dedicated website as less established or trustworthy. A Facebook page alone limits our ability to close higher-value clients. Limited Discovery: We are entirely dependent on Facebook's algorithm for visibility. We are invisible in Google searches for key terms like "professional organiser near me," missing a massive audience actively seeking our services. Poor Lead Management: Inquiries through Facebook Messenger are informal, easily missed, and difficult to track. We lack a structured system for capturing contact information and Images, logos, and other content for the website will be provided. Through meetings, we will provide guidance on design requirements and such.
