集合社區力量，籌款讓常見野鳥相見如常 | Keep Common Birds Common . 日期 | 2026年8月22日（星期六）上午7時至下午12時（實際賣旗時間可彈性安排）. Date | August 22, 2026 (Saturday) 7:00 AM to 12:00 NN . 14歲以下義工必須由其家長或監護人陪同參與，並共用一個旗袋 Volunteers under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and share one flag bag. 所有完成活動的義工可獲贈旗紙及義工證書一張 A flag sheet featuring common bird species and a certificate will be given upon completion of the Flag Day. 本會將為賣旗義工購買團體意外保險 HKBWS will purchase group accident insurance for the volunteers. 領取及歸還旗袋安排將稍候以電郵通知報名者 Details for flag bag collection and return will be confirmed via email later

集合城市力量，與常見野鳥相見如常。香港雖是彈丸之地，卻是許多鳥類棲息的天堂。每天都能在香港的街角、公園、河道與郊野遇見不同雀鳥——牠們像熟悉的鄰里，也是城市生態的日常脈搏。當中有耳熟能詳的名字，也有似曾相識卻叫不出的名字。然而「常見」，卻並不代表「永遠常在」。當棲地被逐漸破壞、環境污染、氣候變化與外來因素持續影響下，再常見的野鳥也可能逐漸減少，甚至消失在視野之外。香港觀鳥會賣旗籌款日主題為「讓常見野鳥相見如常」，誠邀各界為本地雀鳥保育工作籌款，所籌善款將用於支持香港觀鳥會的鳥類保育及研究、自然教育及觀鳥推廣工作，保護香港野生雀鳥及其自然生態。旗紙由本地插畫師 Momo Leung（@yellowwhitestone）設計，仔細描畫六種本地常見野鳥的身影，包括樹麻雀、紅嘴藍鵲、珠頸斑鳩、黑領椋鳥、家燕以及黑鳶。 Though Hong Kong may be a mere dot on the map, it is a sprawling sanctuary for countless wings. Step onto our city streets, wander through a sunlit park, or hike along the countryside, and you’ll find them. They are our feathery neighbours—the gentle, daily heartbeat of our urban ecosystem. Some are household names we greet like old friends; others are familiar faces singing melodies we know by heart, even if we can't quite name them. However, "common" doesn't mean "forever." As habitats fade, and pollution, climate shifts, and ecological pressures mount, even the most familiar birds could quietly slip away, vanishing from our skies. This is why we need you. Our Flag Day this year follows the theme "Keep Common Birds Common". ✨ We are calling on all nature lovers, dreamers, and city dwellers to help us protect our local birds. Every dollar raised goes directly to HKBWS's vital work in education, scientific research, habitat management, and conservation advocacy.
