酒精墨水畫（Alcohol Ink Art）因其不可控性和色彩流動性，
非常適合用來表達情緒和減壓，對青年人來說既時尚又具療癒感。
義工透過訓練日先學習酒精墨水畫創作及放鬆心情減壓。
在服務日與精神壓力較大的青少年互相認識🍃，
透過教導及創作讓青少年也一同放鬆減輕日常生活壓力。
