Description
由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助、無止橋慈善基金主辦的賽馬會「環」遊八角回收及生態旅遊教育計劃（下稱「計劃」），旨在推動減廢回收、支持鄉郊保育及建立綠色社區。計劃在沙頭角設立回收及教育中心以統籌教育活動及加強社區合作，提升沙頭角和鄰近七條古村一帶的廢物回收及處理能力。
除了提供回收服務外 ，計劃亦舉辦綠色工作坊、山徑與海岸清潔活動、生態旅遊導賞等，提升公眾對減廢回收及「山野不留痕」的意識，並加深對鄉郊自然與文化保育的認識。同時，計劃整合「八角」—沙頭角和鄰近七條古村 (荔枝窩、梅子林、蛤塘、榕樹凹、谷埔、吉澳及鴨洲) 的生態旅遊資訊，鼓勵遊客愛護大自然，減少對環境的影響。
本計劃旨在使沙頭角成為可持續鄉郊模範，為香港鄉郊發展提供參考。
為共同守護與傳承這片珍貴之地🙌，第二屆「環」遊大使訓練計劃將於2026年10月至11月期間舉辦一系列培訓課程👨🏫。參與者將深入村落實地學習，掌握鄉郊回收處理及生態旅遊導賞技巧，並通過擔任「環」遊大使實踐所學，攜手助力沙頭角綠色旅遊的發展💪！
