Description
Facilitate mentee's life planning and develop career goals through two years mentorship journey. Share your experience and offer guidance and advice to youth who are exploring different careers and working to identify pathways to achieving their career goals. Commit to a minimum of 2 hrs per month across the programme for 1-1 mentoring, plus ad-hoc communications via phone/online. Participate in Falcon programme activities such as: (1) Mentor training sessions, (2) Mentor/mentee introduction sessions, and (3) Career Exploration Days

- The Falcon Programme is an in-depth programme that provides young people with personal and career development support, with soft skills training and one-to-one mentoring at its core. Mentees are aged 18-21, who are from grassroots socio-economic backgrounds and are taking sub-degree courses. Each mentee will be paired with a mentor based on gender, personality, interest, and career background. If you are interested in becoming a mentor to help support these youth, then sign up now and our team will reach out soon with further information! Now starting its 4th cohort, Variety’s Falcon Programme is a well-established youth development programme. Besides providing skills training and opportunities to youth, the programme also offers comprehensive support to our mentors, such as: pre-programme training sessions, during-programme support.
