Help us raise funds through flag selling to support KELY’s youth programmes across Hong Kong, including our three core services: Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Positive Youth Development! Remarks

1. Open to all individuals, families, schools, companies, or organisations. Volunteers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 2. Every volunteer participating on Flag Day will receive an electronic Volunteer Certificate of Appreciation. 3. Volunteers will be notified of their assigned district and flag bag collection details in due course. 4. All participants must return their flag bags to designated collection points on or before 12:00pm on 19 December.
