Hello 大家好~我係社工陳姑娘🤩 我地有一個好有意義既老有所為活動-「尋幸耆緣」，想誠意邀請大家參與我地呢個活動!!！活動目的是想幫助長者在人生晚期「尋找小確幸」；提升長者幸福感，讓長者懷著正面回憶渡過人生晚期；協助長者與照顧者製造美好回憶。這個報名是於活動目之前的義工訓練項目，請確認你有空間能出席1️⃣ 至3️⃣的活動，訓練地點是將軍澳，但以下活動地點是於灣仔至港島東區進行。活動1️⃣「尋找晚期小確幸」: 自行安排3天平日(2025年1-3月) 活動2️⃣「製造幸福回憶-大旅行」: 2025年3月29日活動3️⃣「製造幸福回憶-攝影日」: 2天(未定, 2025年4-7月期間) 活動1️⃣ 尋找晚期小確幸 (2025年1-3月) 我地會同佢地做3次探訪，每一次探訪都希望嘗試與他們一起實踐3個感幸福的活動。義工須將每件事情運用相片、影片及簡單文字書寫或回述記錄，製作日誌。活動2️⃣ 製造幸福回憶-大旅行 (2025年3月29日) 增加機會長者外出尋找幸福感，安排院舍長者遊歷一次社區或香港著名景點。義工為參與長者拍攝或錄影，將美好時光記錄在日誌。活動3️⃣ 製造幸福回憶-攝影日(2025年4-7月期間) 計劃安排攝影師為長者拍攝美好的一刻，義工協助佈置場地及長者化妝。攝影日長者可邀請長者家屬或朋友參與，讓長者可與重視的人拍照，留住美好一刻。義工會將照片記錄於日誌，同時，家人或長者可揀選照片作遺照以備日後使用。之後活動於社職平台非公開連結給予參加者。
