Description
Help manage our HK Distribution Centre for 1-2 days per week (10:00am - 5:00pm). A minimum commitment of 3 months, volunteering 1-2 days a week would be required (10:00am - 5:00pm, 1 hour of lunch break in between). Handle inquiries from clients and NGO workers by phone or email . Welcome onsite clients and accompanying them as they choose donated goods and gather feedback from clients via surveys and other means . Communicate accurately and efficiently with local beneficiaries and fill beneficiaries’ orders of donated goods and arranging relevant logistics. Maintain a streamlined, safe, and orderly warehouse, including cleaning and lifting tasks and ensure accurate data entry in our stock systems
