Description
目的
友師藉著分享自己的經驗及心得，以生命影響生命，協助兒童及青年建立清晰及正面的人生方向、發展目標。機構亦會為友師提供培訓課程，例如：輔導技巧、溝通技巧等，使友師更容易與兒童及青年，以及其家長/監護人相處及溝通，加強與兒童及青年的溝通技巧，從而發揮友師於計劃內的功能，令兒童及青年步向正確的人生道路，為未來奠下基礎，貢獻社會。
友師的基本責任
A. 陪伴所配對的兒童及青年3年
B. 每月與所配對的兒童及青年聯絡及溝通最少一次，以了解及關心其近況
C. 每次與兒童及青年聯絡及溝通後，需提交一份簡短紀錄(Whatsapp短訊)，以匯報及記錄他們的狀況
D. 引導他者正面及正確價值觀
E. 引導他們定立短期及長期目標，並向其目標前進
F. 於計劃的第三年，引導他們利用儲蓄及配對款項達成目標
G. 需出席中心所舉辦的定期聚會(Zoom)
成爲友師的資格
A. 年滿18歲或以上
B. 個性開朗，思想正面，善於和別人溝通
C. 喜歡與兒童及青少年相處及溝通
D. 有責任心、耐性、願意承擔及付出時間
E. 願意配合服務機構的安排及參與本機構提供的培訓及活動，例如：與參加者的配對、出席訓練課程(Zoom)等
