主題：
精神健康、珍愛生命、社區融和、關愛照顧者，以及抒發生活感受
內容：
想試下作一首曲、填一首詞；又或者為自己哼過的旋律編一首曲。本計劃鼓勵青少年透過音樂抒發對生活的感受。參加第一期至第五期的創作或培訓，在第六期一起籌辦「C’est la vie-原創原聲音樂會」，將一年多的原創作品在音樂會一次過演譯出來；為參加者頒發嘉許狀及獎座。
本中心擁有完整的Band房及相連錄音室，設備齊全，可供音樂製作之用。
音樂諮詢及創作：
給接觸音樂創作2年或樂器演奏3年或以上
音樂培訓：(可選1-2項)
1-2年的初學者可參加「作曲」、「填詞」或「編曲」培訓。
作曲：流行作曲法、和弦樂理
填詞：廣東話填詞技巧
編曲：下載免費編曲軟件，教授電腦編曲技巧。（此軟件搭載128種樂器及其他插軟音效，免費又專業）
錄音：使用Adobe 專業錄音軟件及插件錄音和剪輯
樂器：民謠結他、Ukulele
期數：第一期: 2025年4-6月
第二期: 2025年7-9月
第三期: 2025年10-12月
第四期: 2026年1-3月
第五期: 2026年4-6月
第六期: 2026年7-8月(籌辦音樂會)
嘉許狀: 完成參與以上「音樂會」及在小組出席率達80%或以上，可獲取本計劃嘉許狀乙張，將在音樂會頒發。
獎座: 表現良好者同時可獲頒發獎座乙個。
