Background ：
案主是一位76歲獨居婆婆，囤積物原稱為社區機構或教會捐贈物品（多為衣物），後來物品囤積滿至單位，以及單位外走廊和後樓梯走火通道，因而被消防及食環多次警告及指示清理，婆婆亦有意願清走單位內外的囤積物，希望過回正常生活或不再影響鄰居，但因婆婆身體能力問題而無法解法決，婆婆亦因無法進入單位而嚴重受影響，一日三餐在外處理、洗澡需要到公廁、睡覺亦只能在單位門口坐著休息，現婆婆和社工希望義工隊能伸出援手，幫婆婆重拾舒適的家🙏🏻
