Description
We're seeking a dedicated volunteer to assist with program preparation, social media planning, and on-site videography . Join a 15 - 30min call to understand the mission and vision of A Little Bit Extra and what Down syndrome is. Prepare symposium programs, including agenda development, speaker coordination, and material organization (e.g., handouts, slides). Create a content schedule for our social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.) to promote the event before, during, and after—focusing on engaging posts, stories, and updates. Video the symposium on the day (Saturday March 21, 2026), capturing key sessions, panels, and networking moments; basic editing if possible to produce highlight reels. No professional video recording devices required, a phone would with video recording abilities would be sufficient

You'll also join our dedicated team of volunteers, who are collaborating closely to make this event a resounding success—offering guidance, feedback, and support every step of the way. We're here to make your contribution as impactful and enjoyable as possible!
