- 社區文化發展中心(CCCD)主辦的銀舞翩翩——樂齡舞動防跌計劃2的參加者在上課後組成了一隊防跌舞團，每月會有兩次聚會，CCCD提供平台讓舞團成員能持續鍛練防跌舞蹈，及與舞團的朋友保持連繫。現時，舞聚由CCCD職員帶領熱身，及後舞團成員會一邊觀看治療師拍攝的舞蹈影片，一邊練習之前上課學習過的舞蹈。舞聚隔兩星期舉行一次，每日會有兩次舞聚，分別為10:00-11:00及11:00-12:00，舞團成員可自由參加一節/兩節活動。 我們會安排簡介，介紹以往活動流程等資料。
