咁大個波，究竟點玩？
健球是近年才引入香港的新興運動，刺激之餘十分講求溝通與合作，提倡尊重、包容、團隊合作，不同能力的參加者亦能一起參與。誠邀願意嘗試新事物的你一起挑戰這直徑達1.22米的健球！齊來透過運動減壓！還可以協助開展義工服務或其他自行構思項目，實現青年參與，改變社會。
內容：義工小組、健球體驗、帶領兒童一起參與健球活動、其他服務構思及推行
日期及時間：可商議 (預計為平日晚上或星期六下午)
