Description
在4節課堂中學習頌缽及製作一款手工，過程中透過四感放鬆身心，察覺身心的需要，助你重新迎接新挑戰！
每位參加者需最少參與一次12月或1月的義工服務，日期及內容將稍後公布。
頌缽及手工小組A班：4/10, 11/10, 18/10, 25/10 (六) 10:30-12:30
頌缽及手工小組B班：8/11, 15/11, 22/11, 29/11 (六) 10:30-12:30
