background：
案主是一位有關節炎的70歲嘅隱蔽婆婆，兒子和媳婦因吸毒而入獄，留下兩名讀小學和幼稚園孫兒給其照顧，案主本身有囤積習慣，令家中生活環境極差，但此衛生情況嚴重影響兩名孫兒，經社工勸喻下，現希望有義工隊幫忙清走雜物，能給兩個小朋友有個良好嘅生活環境🙏🏻
