荃福居過渡性房屋項目現正招募熱心義工，為成人居民開辦Zumba或有氧舞蹈班，讓大家在熱情奔放的音樂節奏中盡情舞動、釋放壓力、強健體魄。Zumba是一種結合拉丁音樂與舞蹈元素的全身運動，能有效提升心肺功能、鍛鍊肌肉、增強平衡力和柔軟度，同時帶來滿滿的正能量和快樂
我們需要這樣的你
✅ 具備Zumba或舞蹈基礎
✅ 喜歡與人互動，有愛心和耐性
✅ 有教學經驗優先
