培訓長者成為「銀齡教練」，透過硬地滾球（Boccia）訓練，讓長者由受助者轉化為帶領者，親自策劃、帶領及教授運動；並聯同青年義工組成共融運動小隊，促進跨代共融、長者身心健康及社區關愛
