約2小時的沉浸式體驗時間，透過體驗 VR虛擬實景、AR擴增實境互動遊戲，同真人圖書館， 新奇有趣咁去了解體驗同了解精神健康資訊！ 一齊探索情感、切身處地了解不同心理健康問題的癥狀、由復元人士（PIR） 親身分享自身康復的旅途。
