友樂‧耆蹟計劃 之「耆藝」 - 長者的人生藝術代表作 (培訓篇)
培訓日期：2026年7月27日(一)
培訓時間：下午2時30分至下午5時00分
培訓地點：本單位 (九龍觀塘成業街10號電訊一代廣場26樓A室)
培訓內容：了解計劃理念及內容與小組技巧、認識如何以藝術創作形式融入生命回顧的內容 、義工角色、掌握長者需要及特性
義工人數：16人
內容 ：
單元一：了解計劃理念及內容、義工角色、掌握支援長者參與小組技巧
單元二 ：認識如何以懷緬角度與長者去回顧過住人生角色及經歷
單元三 ：認識每節的藝術作品做法，掌握如何在協助長者創作時促進長者對人生的回顧

每間服務節數：4節
每間服務院友：8名
每間義工人數：8至10人
活動內容簡介：院舍長者大都覺得自己一生平平無奇，事實上他們於人生不同的舞台扮演着重要的角色。小組每節將以不同藝術材料製成視覺藝術作品，當中活用不同的素材、顏色、手作形式，象徵着院友不同的人生角色及性格特點。義工的參與可支援長者親自製作作品，並引導長者回顧人生中的不同角色、性格優點以及人生格言，將其投射在作品中，最後製成藝術作品集。
義工對象：
(1). 大專2年級或以上學生;
(2). 在職或退休人士
