Grow and strengthen our vibrant volunteer community. You will be part of the core team in our volunteers office.. You will assist in optimising processes for recruiting regular volunteers and interns, connecting with individuals who want to make an impact. You will act as an HR partner for our various departments, to understand their people needs.. You will share your insights to lead recruitment strategies and ensure every volunteer’s journey is positive and meaningful. You will be vital in helping foster and maintain strong partnerships with local residents and educational institutions, empowering communities, championing our mission. With the rest of the team you will be the welcoming face for our guests arriving on our site (volunteers, donors, families, beneficiaries, school and corporate groups joining our programmes). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves engaging with people, spotting potential, and nurturing partnerships that make a real difference. We are seeking an individual with a heart to serve full or near full time, alongside other volunteers, in serving a world in need.. You will be serving amongst a growing, vibrant, international team of volunteers. Ideally you've had some professional work experience already. Specific relevant skills are desirable, but not as important as having a heart of service.

- Crossroads Foundation is a Hong Kong based, non-profit organisation serving global need. We believe that, in a broken world that sees too much suffering, we should do all we can to link those who are in need with those who can provide help. So we provide an intersection, literally a crossroads, to bring both together. We offer four global crossroads services: • Global Distribution: This distributes Hong Kong's quality excess goods as needed, internationally and locally. It provides a crossroads between need and supply. • Global X-perience: This offers simulated x-periences of global need. It provides a crossroads between the lifestyles of the rich and poor. • Global Handicrafts: This sells fair trade goods from people in poverty. It is a crossroads between those needing a fair income and those with buying power. • Global Hand: This provides a 'matching' website for public- private partnerships. It is a crossroads between for-profit and non-profit organizations who wish to address global need. Information, training and computers are available on site. Lunch are provided. We are happy to meet and speak to volunteers to discuss the project in more detail before they commit. Scheduling and times are flexible according to the volunteer's availability and Crossroads' open hours (Tuesday to Saturday), but with a preference for at least three days per week. The role of Volunteer Development & Experience Champion is ongoing, and we would welcome longer commitment if possible.
