The program will host a series of seminars aimed at enhancing participants' understanding of cultural inclusion and promoting diversity in society. Below are the details of the seminars: Topic: Mental Health of Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong Outline: - The need for TZF to establish a dedicated EMWBC (Ethnic Minority Well-being Center) - Mental health as a taboo in the ethnic minority community - Needs within our community and various aspects of counseling for women, men, and children: - Women & Girls: Common characteristics, cultural hurdles, bullying, and seeking support - Men: Cultural factors that make it more challenging for them to seek help - Resources to share - Q&A session Speaker: The Zubin Foundation Language: Cantonese Date: Wednesday, June 3, 2025 Time: 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (including Q&A session) Venue: Kwun Tong (participants will be notified once the application is confirmed) Participants are required to complete the online course beforehand. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with experts, gain the latest insights, and enhance their ability to address real-world challenges.
