跟進2-3位兒童，每月一次接觸關心、引導他們完成兒童發展基金計劃. 參與每月最後星期日1:50 -3:50 pm 每月一次成長小組. 每月一次接觸及關心所配對的學員(例如透過WhatsApp/在機構約見). 參與每年兩次友師訓練

- 現正招募50位「兒童發展基金友師」計劃是為了幫助115名基層學生訂立成長目標，學會儲蓄並提供資源給他們發展夢想，我們需要友師投入1年至3年扶助2至3位小三至小六基層學員克服逆境丶結伴同行，成為學員的嚮導。 我們會提供每月一次活動讓義工接觸學員、同時提供每年兩次友師訓練、以及場地等設施的使用
