「色彩躍你跑」及嘉年華是由服務香港兒童及青少年三十年的生活教育活動計劃 (LEAP) 主辦，並由國泰贊助的慈善活動，為支援兒童及青少年情緒健康籌款。自去年起，學童自殺率上升及有年輕化趨勢，年輕一代的情緒健康問題備受關注。LEAP 致力透過預防教育支援學童情緒健康，籌得的善款將用於提供相關預防教育課程，讓更多兒童及青少年受惠。此次活動鼓勵大家接納及擁抱自己的情緒。我們以「色彩」比喻情緒，意味着無論喜、怒、哀、樂，正面或負面，每種情緒都有其獨特色彩，都是完整生命中不可或缺的一部分。每種情緒都在傳遞着重要的訊息，讓我們了解內心真實狀況，透過認知及接納這些情緒，幫助我們更了解自己，勇於活出真我。擁抱真我色彩，以行動支援兒童及青少年情緒健康慈善跑設有10公里/3公里挑戰賽（計時）和1公里哈樂障礙跑（親子），歡迎各界人士以個人方式或自由組合參加。全場設有「色彩造型設計比賽」及「躍進色彩比賽」；「色彩造型設計比賽」歡迎所有參加者在活動提供的紀念T恤上發揮創意，加上具個人或團隊特色的色彩及裝飾，以五彩繽紛而獨特的打扮，表達你的情緒和感受，優勝者將可獲得奬品鼓勵。現場亦有以LEAP的身心健康大使長頸鹿哈樂為主題的攤位遊戲，特別適合家長及小朋友參加。
