Description

義工可以學習到基本的扭氣球公仔技巧，其後會一同練習及製作氣球公仔，並於油塘區的嘉年華會時送給區內的小朋友及長者。歡迎有興趣加入扭氣球義工隊的男士們來學一門手藝及把歡樂送給其他人。
