服務目的：
為了接觸一群較少用服務的勵德邨長者住戶，從而了解他們接受服務的意願及簡介服務
服務內容：
(1) 伙拍房協友里的義工，以1+1 的義工小組形式到指定住戶洗樓
(2) 簡單探訪及評估成功接觸的住戶，填妥中心的長者問候表
(3) 送禮物給成功開門戶
