太極是香港一項受到廣泛關注和實踐的活動，今次義工訓練誠邀「香港大學中國武術舊生會」到中心教導這項運動的豐富內涵，歡迎初學者，讓義工體驗到太極所帶來的益處及樂趣，有助日後推廣以運動達致養生。
