Description
友師的基本責任
A. 引導參加者正面及正確價值觀
B. 引導參加者定立短期及長期目標，並向其目標前進
C. 每月最少與參加者聯絡及溝通一次，以了解及關心其近況
D. 每次與參加者聯絡及溝通後，需提交一份簡短紀錄(Whatsapp短訊)，以匯報及記錄參加者的狀況
E. 積極配合服務機構的活動及安排
F. 於計劃的第三年，引導參加者利用儲蓄及配對款項達成目標
G. 需出席中心所舉辦的定期聚會
成爲友師的資格
A. 年滿18歲或以上，有工作經驗者為佳
B. 個性開朗，思根正面，善於和別人溝通
C. 無不良嗜好，如煙、酒、賭博等
D. 喜歡與兒童及青少年相處及溝通
E. 有責任心、耐性、願意承擔及付出時間
F. 願意配合服務機構的安排及參與本機構提供的培訓及活動，例如：與參加者的配對、出席訓練課程等
