Fresh Grads Wanted: May-Aug Humanitarian Internship Program Coordinator

Build community and boost your program management experience by overseeing a global humanitarian summer internship program. Be the first point of contact and “big brother / big sister” figure for interns throughout the summer. Help run orientation and onboarding, introducing interns to Crossroads’ work and culture. Schedule and host regular check-ins with interns (1:1s and group), picking up issues early and encouraging reflection on learning. Support and track a mid-internship project: clarify goals, set timelines, follow up on progress, and help teams overcome obstacles. Work with Crossroads’ Volunteers Office to design simple wellbeing and community-building initiatives (e.g. welcome activities, debrief circles, appreciation moments). Assist with basic administration related to the internship programme (attendance, simple reports, notes). Attend May training to learn Crossroads’ operational context, safeguarding expectations and the structure of the internship. Apply if you are: People-oriented and interested in NGO work, HR/people development, education, or program management. Primarily seeking fresh university graduate (Class of 2025/2026 or equivalent). Work in-person in Gold Coast, Tuen Mun from 9:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday: ideally 5 days per week but open to discussion. Can come 2-3 days in May before transitioning to more frequent schedule in June
