【2025黃大仙區「樂齡友里」證書培訓課程】
對精神健康有興趣🧠？想瞭解更多關於長者抑鬱症？邀請你參加2025黃大仙區「樂齡友里」證書培訓課程📖，學習相關知識和與抑鬱症的長者相處技巧🛠️，推廣社區精神健康吧！👴🏻👵🏻
課程内容包括：
4️⃣節精神健康急救（關懷長者版）
2️⃣節認識賽馬會樂齡同行計劃
6️⃣小時實習
📆日期：2025年4月1日、4月2日、4月8日及4月14 日 （*4月2日為外出參觀）
⏰時間：上午10時至下午5時 （4月2日上午9時至11時）
📍地點：新蒲崗雙喜街1號安田中心（鑽石山站5分鐘）
✨對象：45歲以上對服務有抑鬱症長者有興趣的人士，懂得基本書寫；必須100%出席率才能獲香港大學頒發的「樂齡友里」義工培訓課程證書
