繼了解農夫種植本地冬季常見作物的心得，及動手種植粟米後，今次我哋再回到農田，收粟米及幫農夫種粟米!
如果人你係護老者，又想向農夫學習，做啲農務，在大自然中舒展放鬆一下，歡迎報名!

時間: 上午10:00 (中心集合) - 中午1:00 (專車接送往返)
費用 : 全免
名額: 20 人 (護老者優先)
集合地點: 太和婦女中心 (太和邨福和樓地下)
上課地點: 上水上心田農場
