Are you passionate about mental wellness and ready to make a real-world impact? We are looking for changemakers to champion emotional well-being within Hong Kong's ethnically diverse communities. Elevate your own self-care while actively breaking down stigmas and bringing vital support to those who need it. What you will gain: Promote Mental Health: Co-design impactful initiatives that bring mental health awareness directly to diverse communities. Enhance Self-Wellbeing: Step away from daily stress, deepen self-awareness, and master practical wellness tools through 6 monthly reflection sessions. Connect Across Cultures: Collaborate with an inclusive, open-minded team, broaden your perspective, and build genuine, empathetic connections. Come join us, if you are: - Able to communicate in English - Open-minded and culturally inclusive - Passionate about mental wellness for all backgrounds - Aged 16 or above Detail Service Period: Oct 2026 – Mar 2027 (Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday Daytime) Service Area: Hong Kong Island & Kwai Tsing District Service Nature: - Support center wellness programmes - Ambassador-led initiatives *This programme will be conducted in English. Certificate of Recognition: Awarded upon completing training, supporting 3 center wellness programmes, and leading 1 service session.
