以美食為主題，與長者一起製美食，分享照顧家人心得，促進跨代共融。日期：13/10 改期為20/10(日)，27/10(日)，3/11(日)，9/11(六) 時間：15：00-16：30 對象：6-14兒童及其家長費用：$50(會員）每對親子是次活動有營養師出席，將提供專業營養建議。
