【義工招募】長者瑜珈班導師 —— 舒展身心，健康同行
我哋誠邀熱衷於運動同社區服務嘅你，成為我哋嘅義工導師！透過教授簡單嘅瑜珈同伸展運動，幫助長者改善筋骨靈活性，同時舒緩壓力，享受運動嘅樂趣。
服務詳情
服務對象： 10名長者（小班教學，確保每位長者都得到照顧）
服務內容： 設計並教授適合長者程度嘅瑜珈動作（如椅子瑜珈、基礎伸展）。
指導正確姿勢，確保運動安全。
與長者互動，營造輕鬆愉快嘅課堂氣氛。
招募要求
具備瑜珈基礎知識，持有相關導師證書者優先。
有耐性、細心，樂於與長者溝通及分享健康資訊。
能以流利廣東話授課。
有教授長者或運動指導經驗者優先考慮。
