鄰舍輔導會成立於1968年的註冊非牟利機構，目的是為社區提供多元化服務，為困苦的人仕給予輔導或轉介。本會希望藉此向大眾傳揚「長幼同行」 、 「 共凝健康」 、 「 關懷扶弱」 及「護老愛老」旳訊息，增強社會傳達關愛長者的意識，令是次賣旗活動更添意表。
