Description
Set up, provide event & visitor assistance, and manage the back stage at our concert. Event is on May 18 2025, 3:00pm - 4:30pm, please arrive at 1pm for preparation & rehearsal and stay until the wrap up around 5pm . Join us for a 15 minutes call to learn more about our organization and objectives of our event . Help set up & run the reception desks, crowd control, and guide guests to their seats. Backstage management (performers, order of program) for smooth running of the event . Volunteers with event experience or concert/music knowledge is a plus

- We are showcasing charity students who have been offered group and private violin, piano, guitar, singing lessons through Musical Chaos Foundation. There will be 120 people in the audience. A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
